Move program & database version numbers to title bar

Moving this info to the title bar would free up space on the button bar to reinstate the "Loading" messages removed in v0.2.0.

The title bar could look like this when the SWAG archive is installed:

SWAGView v0.3.0 | SWAG v1.0.0 loaded

or like this when SWAG is not installed:

SWAGView 0.3.0 | *** Please install SWAG ***

Implementing suggestion to restore loading messages to button bar would also solve the hourglass bug per issue #6 by removing the need for the hourglass cursor.
