[Feature-request] Let the use pick a specific WSL2 distro manage

I run separate WSL2 instead for DDEV, which is not the default.

On the setting where I pick between CE and Docker Desktop, I would like to pick the WSL2 distro where Docker CE is located.

Hi @tyaty1 - You should be using the WSL integration in VS Code. That's the normal way to use VS Code with WSL2. If you do that, you'll install vscode-ddev-manager in the WSL2 distro.
