`dsi/1.6sp2` missing from the NDS compilers

found that randomly while updating some tools, I wanted to provide the build number but it seems it's the same as dsi/1.6sp1

Sp2 is a different binary? Where is it available from?

I'm not sure but it's inside the compiler archive so I thought it was a thing but it could be a mistake

well, in this case 1.6sp2 needs to be removed from the zip, it's just confusing imo
