Allow deploying UDS with registry-proxy

The Zarf project has added, alpha, support for registry-proxy. As far as I can tell UDS does not allow for that feature to be enabled via a bundle.

Hey @a1994sc sorry for the delay responding here. We'd like to add support for this, it's just a lower priority on our end compared to some other work in flight. Definitely would welcome PRs for this if interested in contributing and happy to support thoughts on how to approach.
