Node harvesting behavior

The LOCAL node shall reach to the REMOTE node it KNOWS and harvest them for cross node statements.
IF configured, the harvester shall check for others nodes connected to the REMOTE node and follow the link to another REMOTE+ node. IF the REMOTE+ node has any linkage to LOCAL node, it shall be harvested. The havester shall keep following new linked nodes until it exhausted the list of new nodes.
