Not available to install in VS 2019 RC although Mads Kristensen's version is available.

Looks like Microsoft greatly rewrite the SDK for VS2019...
Now I can't find solution, project built but after install have an error:

Mads Kristensen's installs and appears to work ok.

Try ForceIncludeVsix

I'm using VS2019RC.

@denis-peshkov I just opened the TSDG solution using VS2019 16.2.4 and changed the install target. Works great. I just sent PR #24
