Doesn't work with VS 2015

• This extension: 2.2.0.123
• WebEssentials 2015.3: 3.0.235

Description

During project loading occurs error:
"The 'DtsPackage' package did not load correctly"

In ActivityLog:
CreateInstance failed for package [DtsPackage]Source: Description: Could not load file or assembly Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.15.0, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a; or one of its dependencies..."

Steps to recreate

1. Start VS 2015
2. Load Project

Current behavior

Generate TypeScript Definition doesn't work same as Text Editor Options for generating. In both cases ossurs same Popup.

It is dependent on Visual Studio 2017 shell. I will try to get around this limitation.
