Having a small issue with Sync Mod Order. I'm building multiple variants of a mod guide for testing, and the plugin has a weird issue that has a workaround, but I would like to see it made into either a toggle or patched.

If I create a new mod in profile A, activate it, then sync to profile B, when I switch to profile B, the new mod is activated. This is a problem specifically because I plan on creating large modifications to the guide, and all being activated in a new profile is horrible to disable.

The current workaround is to switch to profile B, load the new modlist (which registers the new mod as disabled), then switch back to profile A and sync, which keeps the mod disabled.

I would like to see the option to have new mods added with sync either disabled or enabled, likely with an option in the MO2 plugins tab.
