Problem: the relationship between album.id and media.id is unclear after refactor

Prior to the Uppy & Media table refactor we used album.id for routing. We still use a variable called <album_id> in /media routes but it does not appear to map to a logical album. Instead it appears to map to the primary key of the new Media table in deplatformer.sqlite.
