Feature Request: Composable plugin architecture for easier extensibility

First of all, thank you for building this beautiful video editor - the UI is outstanding and the 1.1k stars speak to its quality! 🙏

The ask: A composable plugin system (vs the current fork-based approach).

Why it would be valuable: Developers could add custom features (satellite imagery, custom effects) without maintaining forks, easier upgrades when upstream changes, enables an ecosystem of third-party plugins, and reduces friction for commercial adoption.

Yes, without this it's practically unadoptable in a real world scenario (for production use)

Hey, it makes sense. There are some internal PRs for making it generic and composable. Easy to extend. We will be releasing it in the next few weeks.

I don't think there are paid customers for combo yet. It is a new project, open sourced a few weeks ago.

You may be right, I thought I remembered paying for it. I may have abandoned that idea when I installed it and saw that it was not functional. Is it functional now?

Edit: nope. I paid for it. It was vaporware.
