User Profile Forms

There are several forms on user profile, including works, profile info etc.
They should be grouped into less forms and transferred securely .
Works from has only the option of adding new works and they are then stored in a list.
The previous works should be editable and delete-able .
Basically CRUD api's for each form should be made.
