charm skate

so i had made one of these for charm stuff because i needed a bunch of them, but they actually do have a scoop bucket already. updated to use that everywhere, except skate doesnt have an entry i guess. left the custom charm bucket with just 'skate' in it for now. should copy that here, archive the old bucket, remove old bucket from cli
