Move qualified for final exam to background worker #1334
Description
The HTTP request for making a qualified for final exam list can timeout (HTTP 504) if the course has a large number of students (1000+) and the qualified for final exam list requires results from many assignments (6+).
A better solution would be to pass it on to a background worker similar to how Tar files are handled.
