If I enter 2 users with the same Email-IDs , there is no error message thrown. This would cause inconvenience to the Owner.

Hi tester, this was intentional, as there can be multiple contacts that are reached via the same address, e.g. a company customer service email address or if you are a private tutor who teaches siblings, then the email contact would be the same parent if each contact represents a student.
