The scatter only works if the user selects PCX and PCY spinboxes, not from the field comboboxes. I think that is just a fail to transfer functionality to the field comboboxes and spinboxes. Not sure the PCX and PCY spinboxes are needed anymore, seems like a duplication.
I think the user could set the number of basis vectors there for choosing the dimensional reduction. It is included in clustering (we could discuss which would be better)
