Dilogue box hangs the desktop

Giving less than 3 points for a ROI brings up a message box "Invalid polygon: not enough vertices" and the desktop hangs. The ok button cannot be pressed and all other open windows hang as well. The only way out is to kill electron from the terminal.

I suppose it is somehow connected to issue #17, something is malfunctioning on KDE Plasma with qt 5.9.7.

Can you open developer tools (View->Toggle Developer Tools) when you run electron and see what messages are in the console of the developer tools? The issue with the polygon tool might be downstream of another issue.

I open the Developer Tools by default from main.js with win.webContents.openDevTools().
Here is the verbose console output just before I create an invalid ROI with only two vertices.
The actions performed are:
Fire dice

1. gui
2. No change in the WD, using the one from the last session
3. Load reference image
4. Added a valid ROI

I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. I'd like to see the console output in the electron GUI browser window. If you open the DICe GUI from the command line, there should be a "View" menu option at the top. From the view menu, select "Toggle Developer Tools". Then on the right side of the GUI a panel should show up with several tabs at the top, one of which is labeled "Console". I'd like to see the output in this.
