Hi djdevil, I love this card.
I suggest adding, just like you have alerts for windows and doors, alerts for garage doors and exterior gates.

Great idea — and the good news is the card already handles this out of the box! 🎉

Garage doors and gates in Home Assistant use the cover domain with device_class: garage and device_class: gate. You can target all of them automatically with device_class auto-discovery:

  {name} is replaced automatically with the entity's friendly name, so with multiple garage doors you always know which one triggered.

If you want a distinct visual for garage vs. door vs. gate, you can use theme: door for all of them today — a dedicated garage/gate theme is something I could add in a future version if there's enough interest!
