Running mCRT to find putative spacers .... --Error creating output stream

Hi Dan,

After that the lines in the subject are printed to stdout, the program just prints the following two lines again and again forever.

ERROR: problem writing repeat fasta file.
Error: problem writing spacer fasta file

The only files created by the program are

component_processes/mCRT/CB33_clean_cntgs-1.raw
component_processes/split_multifasta/CB33_clean_cntgs-1.fsa

If you let me know what else you need / what else I can do to diagnose this problem, that would be great!
