HAA skims in 94X

This issue is to track the development of the muon cleaned taus addition to MiniAOD in CMSSW 94X. This is for 2017 ReReco data and the associated MC.

The process will be the same as in 80X for 2016 data: rerun MiniAOD from AOD on our selected samples with our ZMuMu skim and our MuMuMuTau skim.

• Forward port muon cleaning to 94X
• Prepare skim on ReReco data (17Nov2017 ReReco)
• Prepare skim on MC (RunIIFall17MiniAOD)
• Produce the skims

Possible extensions

• Addition of electron cleaned taus collection

I anticipate we will use 94X version 2 for our first skim once it is finalized.

This will likely also include a reprocessing of our skims from 2016 in the case that we are made to combine the 2016-2017 data.
