General Organization to enable dotbot to be international

@gmacario can help us on the organization of this repo! I'd like to use it as a base point for documenting all the work on dotbot we've done in this years!

To clarify: the goal are 2:

• enable @maffucci to learn how to use git and github!
• create a good international site about @dotbot-io and all the stuff we've done in this years!

There is a lot of material on the web, but it's mainly written in italian and it is not well organized!
