Metadata update: replace any use product: aspnet

Verify product: aspnet is no longer used in ASP.NET relatated content repos.
Replace with ms.service: aspnet-core, or with ms.service: aspnet-framework (which is only used for the old framework docs in repo aspnetdocs.
