_PostPlaceOp is called to soon and not passed the placed Op just the temporary clone

We need the callback when the operator is actually placed

Also when the placement is called the PostPlace is still called. Could argue that's where PrePlace should be called too

actual name could be pre-calculated and guaranteed and an OpExecute could be ran to check when it arrives to the actual destination, and then call the post callback - with 1 frame delay which could be acceptable
