Add more groups of charges to random generator

This is fairly straigthforward, you can copy the existing style of code. It requires:

• Mods to random.php to add the list of charges
• Also add the appropriate extra argument processing
• Modify the random.html page to add a tick box for this group
• Might need to modify the JavaScript...?
