Create Extension for Accessing to 'stargazers' in a Repository

As A User, I want to have a button to access to all github users that stared the repository near pin/watch/star buttons

To do so, concat repository URL with /stargazers for example:
https://github.com/driouecheMed/github-extensions/stargazers
