Encrypt resource body with AES-GCM

In the Vue (read: view) the user should be able to encrypt the resource body by supplying a passphrase. Then once the form is submitted the resource body becomes a secret.

• No need for crypto-js now that we have Web Crypto API available in modern browsers.
