Unable to clone user record when formula field is present.

Describe the bug
User clone will error when formula fields are on the User object.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a formula field on the User object
2. Go to users tab of SFIA
3. Select a User you want to clone
4. Complete the dialogs
5. Observe error saying field permissions may not be correct for the formula field.

Expected behavior
User should be cloned
