GUi does not work when i use a different palette(for example nesst)

There is no way to map other palettes in GUI(even though you can on command line) so it keeps reporting "couldnt convert to RGB ..." and renders the GUI useless in this case. My current project the artist only uses nesst so we cant check anything on GUI :(
