USER STORY: DVTk DICOM Compare - Use actual labels where parser removed their reference #30

Currently the DICOM standard applies a reference to a section (e.g.) rather than the name of the section. When this reference is part of a condition then the comparator tool does not show any hint of what is referenced, making it difficult to understand the context until evaluating this condition. Thus it would be helpful to include the actual name of the referenced object.

The condition text is clear during comparator use.
