rfc: shell_attach for other terminal types #51

Summary
Investigate extending shell_attach to support terminals beyond tmux.
Current State
shell_attach currently requires tmux, using tmux capture-pane to read terminal content.

screen -X hardcopy - Vanilla terminals - Options for Terminal.app, iTerm2, VS Code terminal without tmux/screen
