A guided tutorial which takes the user through all the functionalities within the workbook

To create a guided tutorial which will take the user through all the features within the workbook.
The tutorial module/code should be independent of the current workbook component.
As we add more and more feaures, we should be able to add those also to the tutorial.

The tutorial should be based on a config json object where we can easily select or deselect the tutorial for a particular feature. This is for selectively choosing the features we want to include in the tutorial because sometimes we might choose not show the tutorial for a particular feature.

Please share the design and approach that you are going to follow if you are planning to take up this issue.
