InBrainSurveys-Swift.h missing in v.2.1.0

Hi,
v.2.1.0 doesn't contain InBrainSurveys-Swift.h file which is referenced in:
-InBrainBridge.mm
-InBrainJsonUtils.h
-InBrainProxyViewController.h

Did you try to remove the plugin from your project and re-import it? The InBrainSurveys-Swift.h seems to be included in the package so there shouldn't be any issues with referencing it.
