IE 10 and 11 svg marker does not work in ie9-10 and 11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the workflow designer editor in IE
2. Start Event and Click to Task
3. See the sequence line, there is no arrow, no square at the end of arrow

What is the expected output?

Sequence line should have arrow in the last


What do you see instead?

Line only with ending arrow , in other browsers its fine shows the arrows.


Please provide any additional information below.

First file(d4K0I.png) is in FireFox
Second file (3wsVI.png)is in IE 11
