Advanced Search

An advanced search tool will be needed to utilize some features like geolocation as well as to easily find rivers.
Some issues with what list the search tool searches should be addressed.
Searching should rely on an array that is passed in, not on a global variable
It should also be possible to link to an advanced search query

4e92d50 added some features. The following are still needed:

Sorting
Searching based on rating and quality
Search as user types (not required, but would be useful)

With the introduction of gauges, state based searching has probably become very useful and important.
