add an example

For people to decide whether to try this doc generator, it will be very useful to browse an example.
The home page shows a Screenshot but that's a toy example, and one cannot browse it.

Ideally:

• take 1-2 of the samples of Ontoology, LODE, PyLODE and process them with jod
• publish in a folder eg example/index.html or something.
• provide a live link to the HTML document (eg using rawgit2.com) in the README
• regenerate it as part of continuous integration
