Changing "accepting tool calls" doesnt work nor can it be changed and some models not showing thinking modes

It seems that after leaving the app and then opening it again, i cant change the tool calls settings anymore

Also even while the settings is off, and the AI asks me to accept a tool call, it does the tool call anyways no matter what i do

For example right now i asked it why the flash model isnt showing thinking modes, and when Deepseek asked me to edit a file, i declined, but the file has been changed anyways

Some models, like Deepseek V4 pro show thinking modes normally, while others like V4 flash does not show any

Also just noticed another bug, i cant change the thinking mode at all. Tried changing it but it doesnt do anything and keeps being stucked on "No variant"
