rsync inclusion list

In your config, you have:

INCLIST="/path/to/Rsync/include-lst" 

and in your repo, you have a file called
include-lst
What should we do with that file? Why do you even care about the path to the inclusion list? So why is that part important?

As instructed, the inclusion file I use a single file to perform a backup with Borg so I store it in separate directories so in the configuration I specify the complete path where my inclusion/exclusion list is

[backupandforkacc]

So only the stuff in the inclusion list is synced/back uppped (by rsync)?
If the inclusion list is empty, rsync does nothing?

O include-lst seria como um filtro por exemplo faça backup da pasta raiz mais so inclua a pasta /home e /etc e /root
