Errors running bbfmux on Windows

These are the errors I'm getting trying to use the exe from cmd. What do I need to install to make these go away?

Did you compile from source, or did you use an executable from the releases tab?

If you're using the prebuilt binary from the release tab, make sure you're using the .exe version. If you compiled from the source, make sure you've used the proper compilation command.

I notice pthread in the error message which makes me suspicious that you may have accidentally compiled via the linux command.

Fixed the github build to be static. This should fix the issue in the future.
I had to change the github workflow to compile with g++ -std=c++17 bbfenc.cpp libbbf.cpp xxhash.c -o bbfmux -municode -static-libgcc -static-libstdc++ -static. Let me know if you can't compile it right now, I'll send you the binaries if you need.

heyo i was just using your pre-built release, please make another release with the modified github workflow if possible or send me the binaries
