During the BT proto reverse engineering, did you look at the sync center feature where multiple govee devices are slaved to the H6199?
I am trying to find a way to read the current state of one zone/segment of the H6199 led strips so I can relay the data to Home Assistant. Govee API is no good because the Sync Center all happens locally.
