The amount parameter on the wire protocol is in satoshis (`Option<u64>`, `null` to sweep the entire balance). The `asb-controller` accepts human-friendly amounts (e.g. `0.1 BTC`, `10000 sat`). `refresh-bitcoin-wallet` syncs the internal Bitcoin wallet with the blockchain.
