[Bug] Eks coredns not upgrading.from 1.35 to 1.36

When we are trying to attempt the update cluster addon for cordns we facing json file missing error.

Error "open assets/coredns-1.36.json: file doesn't exist.

Note: I am currently using eksctl version is 0.228.0v.
