Constructive Criticism: file information should show *exact* time of change

If you use the "Properties" function to call up information about a file, and the file is older than a day, then the software will only show you the date on which the file was changed last, not the exact time of the day. That can be a bit of a problem if you have, for instance, two files from the same date three years ago, and you want or need to know which one of the files is a little bit older or a little bit newer than the other. Would be nice if this could be changed in the future.
