HeaderLabel: Too wide paddings when using in Gtk.ListBoxRow

What Happened?

Using Granite.HeaderLabel in Gtk.ListBoxRow introduces unnecessarily wide paddings (see the left pane):

Expected Behavior

Paddings should be decent even when used in Gtk.ListBoxRow.
