Missing Padding and Close Button in Window Titlebar with Latest Stylesheet

What Happened?

Some applications (signal app or any electron app) on elementary OS with the latest stylesheet applied do not display proper padding, and the close button is missing from the window titlebar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. download electron sample app (if using the one from flathub, use stylepak to apply the stylesheet)
2. start the app

Expected Behavior

The title bar should have proper padding and the close button.

8.x (Circe)

OS Architecture

amd64 (on most hardwares)

Session Type

Secure Session (Wayland, This is the default)

Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
