GB and XI

Hello! Can you please tell me if there are any plans to update the library for GB and XI VAT codes?

Hey @titarenkoeleonora honestly I don't use this library much myself any more so I haven't been keeping tabs and wasn't aware that VAT codes were changing but it looks like GB is remaining and they're introducing XI and XU as well. If someone wanted to contribute the regex for them I'd happily add them in / merge them and make a release promptly. I probably won't have time to figure out the regex's myself any time soon though.
