`plugin-zoom`: initial ZoomMode is only applied after 150ms

When rendering a document with a initial ZoomMode, e.g. ZoomMode.FitWidth the document still opens with 100% zoom initially and only resizes after ~150ms resulting in a noticeable flicker on document opening
