Color.FromArgb does not work properly

Color aColor = Color.FromArgb(233, 233, 233);
Console.WriteLine("R = {0}, G = {1}, B = {2}", aColor.R.ToString(), aColor.G.ToString(), aColor.B.ToString());

The snippet of code above will output:

R = 227, G = 227, B = 227

The value of 233 is changed to 227.
