As it stands, it's possible to have one or more powerbinder step edit dialogs open, and you can make changes to those. If you hit "OK" or "Cancel" on the main PowerBinder dialog (which you can because modeless), the step edit dialogs are unceremoniously closed and their contents lost.
Ponder whether "OK" on the PowerBinder dialog should OK the edit dialogs, and "Cancel" cancel them. Not sure whether that is in the spirit of principle of least surprise or not. Need to play with it and see how it feels.
