Placeholder issue: support all reasonable slash commands in PowerBinder

At some point I'll go through the exercise of deciding what "reasonable" slash commands are, and making a list of the ones not currently supported, which will go here.

Recently refactored "Add Step" UI into menu + submenus to make more room for more commands, better grouped, per issue #100 . Now to add more.

Might see whether Slashcommands.md can be programmatically turned into a picker menu so that PowerBinder could have "Other Slash Commands..." shimmed in there and then we've at least mostly covered this issue. Mostly.

There doesn't seem to be a trivial way already out there. Still just need to continue to triage by hand and eventually call it done.
