Problem or use case

I'm using the Claude Code extension for VS Code because I find it much easier to have longer and more detailed conversations in the IDE. Entire currently don't seem to capture the conversations done in the CC extension.

Thanks for raising this! This should actually work — the VS Code extension uses Claude Code under the hood, so Entire's hooks should fire the same way.

Could you share your entire status output and the contents of .entire/logs/entire.log from a session where checkpoints weren't captured? That'll help us figure out what's going wrong.

Hi, so I restarted VS Code and it seems to work now.

@kywch yes, creation of the checkpoints branch means it is working. your branch shows that checkpoints are getting pushed. you can verify your session by having a look here in your branch - https://github.com/kywch/cq/blob/entire/checkpoints/v1/d8/379fcfacc1/0/context.md

Yap there it is. I think it initially didn't work because I ran right after installing it. Probably, it works as is after restarting claude. Thanks!
