Implementing GitHub as the storage mechanism for output

I'd like for this to eventually utilize GitHub as the revision storage for markdown and HTML documents output from Google Docs.

ok. I can make this output directly to secret gist for now for easy review, and then you get a nice markdown pipeline for testing output?
